All in it together
Kaafebaloos are connected all over their planet, wherever they are - they are in direct synchrony with each other carrying out their duties for the sole purpose of maintaining their species and making intergalactic friends. A large-scale project they desire to complete will include the help from all Kaafebaloos across the whole planet whatever their occupation or skillset since they all have a big part in it.
Communities of Kaafebaloos exist where they communicate and bond with each other. Just like how a human will have a chat about how their day went - Kaafebaloos do something very similar. Kaafebaloos love taking selfies and requesting others to see them and to create good relationships.
Hierarchy explained
Becoming an Originator is very rare, in fact for every 100,000 Kaafebaloos only about 70 would be Originators. Additionally, the amount of Guardians would be about 7000 per 100,000 Kaafebaloo making it so that around 7% of Kaafebaloos are Guardians. Guardians are usually considered the most important and respected occupation for any Kaafebaloo since they are responsible for teaching the upcoming generations.
Approximately 70% of all Kaafebaloos are in the occupation of Originator, Guardian, Constructor or Submerger. Furthermore, only around 5-8% of Kaafebaloos are not part of any occupation.
Importance Level
Hierarchy importance comes as a number system which puts them from least important to most important. All new growth begins at 0 then will change depending on what occupation they decide to pursue. In this example: Being a Submerger the importance level would be 1. Both Constructor and Guardian are importance level 2. Finally, Originators importance level is 3 - the most important score any Kaafebaloo can become.
