The Great Underground Network
The surface of their planet is riddled with roots that allow them to communicate. The roots are complex in nature, allowing billions or trillions of messages to be sent and understood by all Kaafebaloos anywhere at any time. Kaafebaloos will get connected to a massive network making them have a symbiotic relationship between all others. This technique of communication does not have anything to do with their technology or knowledge - just by evolution alone these roots become the core of the species. Must clarify that Kaafebaloos can be act as individuals and carry out their own thoughts however any action done by one will be known by all.
Pokey Language
The Kaafebaloos communicate by poking each other with tens of thousands of hairlike tentacles which send various pieces of information. These tentacles go so fast that compared to a human speaking for 15 minutes it would only take about 10 seconds to the Kaafebaloos if they were talking about the same thing. The tentacles will send short fast and tiny sparks of energy which can be deciphered and understood by the Kaafebaloos. However, these tentacles they have are not just used for communication. In fact, it's how they feel things around them to dodge obstacles and roam around freely. Without these hairlike tentacles they would have no way of life at all.
